The State's Workforce Development Centres are community based organisations funded through the Department of Training and Workforce Development (the Department). They provide support and assistance for career development and job search, including delivering workshops in resume writing and preparation for job interviews.

Profit from experience (PFE) is a program delivered by the centres and is specifically aimed at people over 40 years of age. Under the Profit from experience program, funding may be available to assist with training for career opportunities. Contact your local workforce development centre for eligibility.
